Vị trí thuận lợi để khách nghỉ ngơi, ăn uống trước khi lên tàu, có dịch vụ tắm thay đồ miễn phí cho khách. Rất ok.

Nhà hàng Chapa louge rất đẹp và là một nơi để khách ăn tối và ăn sáng khi tàu đến và trước khi đi tàu.

We decided to take the train going back to Hanoi from our trip to Sapa "for the experience". Booked our tickets via Klook and was really pricey compared to riding a sleeper bus or shuttle. Got the suite good for 2. Purchased an add on for a shuttle ride going to Lao Cai Train station and pick up will be from your hotel in Sapa. We were picked up at 6pm for our 930pm train ride. We were the first ones to be picked up and went to around 4 more hotels to pick up the others. Arrived early at the station around 730pm and just stayed in the Chapa VIP lounge which was weird because I thought the ticket/lounge comes with at least a few snacks or refreshments. Apparently there was none and you have to buy your food or drinks which was a bit pricey. I was expecting same VIP lounge service in airports but it was not. If you haven't eaten dinner I suggest you eat outside the station before you board since only light snacks and drinks are served in the train. The cabin is really cute. With 2 narrow beds and a few snacks water toothebrush. You may put your luggage below your bed. XL luggages do fit. They also provided earplugs because the ride can be really noisy. I did not really enjoy na clanking noise because it was hard to sleep. Also there was no view since it was night time. I suggest to take the afternoon ride if you want to maximize the view. Not so worth it for me, just tried it for the experience.

We took the Chapa Express Sleeper Train VIP cabin from Sapa to Hanoi and had a comfortable and memorable journey. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-designed with soft beds, bottled water, and thoughtful amenities that made the overnight trip more pleasant. The staff were professional and helpful, ensuring everything was smooth from boarding to arrival. While the train ride can be a bit bumpy at times, the privacy and comfort of the VIP cabin made it worth it. A great way to travel overnight and wake up ready to explore Hanoi.

😁火車臥鋪首搭乘，搖搖晃晃暗夜行，嘎吱嘎吱聲未停，睡睡醒醒到天明。😵‍💫 🧳10人小團+小柏導遊+林領隊，12人包了第12車廂，而我獨享1-4床的包廂。 🚞從老街到河內有臥鋪火車可搭乘，通常是夜間出發，在清晨抵達，行程約需8 小時，可以選擇共用或VIP車廂，車上提供空調、插座及小吃飲品、#耳塞 等設施和服務。 可惜老街站內wifi無法連上，車廂有wifi，偶而會斷訊。 Chapa Express Train Chapa Lounge 老街出發有2班車，我團搭SP4：晚上21:30 出發，清晨06:45 抵達最終站 河內。 老街火車站距離沙壩市區約1小時車程，建議提前預訂車票。 🚂老街到河內的火車歷史追溯至1902年，當時法國殖民者興建了連接河內和老街的米軌鐵路，該路段是全長296公里的「河老鐵路」的一部分，也是「滇越鐵路」在越南境內的一段。 隨著河內城市發展，火車軌道兩旁的建築物逐漸形成今日的「河內火車街」，如今已成為一處融合了歷史、文化和旅遊的獨特景點。 🚂河老鐵路於1903年動工，1906年完工通車。連接越南北部與中國昆明的滇越鐵路的越南部分，全長296公里。 🕰歷史意義：法國殖民時期重要的交通基礎設施之一。 🛤河內火車街的形成：1902年火車軌道鋪設時，周圍沒什麼建築物。1956年起，鐵路工人及家屬開始沿著鐵軌建造集體住宅，形成現在的狹窄巷弄，房屋多為2層樓，風格帶有法式殖民地色彩。

We paid 165€ for the “VIP Cabin” on the sleeper train from Lao Cai to Hanoi and definitely did NOT receive what we paid for. The cabin did not look even close to the pictures advertised, people were smoking between the coaches which led to the whole coach smelling of smoke. Amenities also not as advertised. Extremely disappointed and will be contacting Chapa for a refund.
